1) Contract: Providers place bids for you to choose from; hire a suitable provider to complete your project. Contract jobs are typically long-term projects: programming, translation, writing, etc.
2) Contest: Providers submit work according to your requirements and you pay for the best one. Contest jobs are typically short-term projects: graphics design, naming, greetings, etc.

When you post your job, you are required to include certain information, including job title, category, description, any attached files (optional), duration of the job, etc.
Job Title
Clearly describe what you need in as few words as possible. A simple and straightforward job title will attract the most Providers, since they read the title first before getting more information. Max length: 100 characters.
Job Category
Select the job category and subcategory, so that your job can attract bids from Providers with the appropriate skills. For example, if you need a company logo, select “Design & Multimedia” - “Logo Design.”
Job Description
Describe your job details and requirements. A clear, concise summary of all relevant information will allow Providers to better respond to your needs. Max length: 4000 characters.
Attached Files
You can upload any files you think will help Providers understand what you need and enable them to place a more detailed bid. Max file size: 2 MB.
Duration of Bid
The period of time in which Providers can place a bid for your job. Max duration: 30 days.

For a contest job, you can enter specific amount you are willing to pay (the minimum reward cannot be less than $100.00).
