This new company will specialise in residential letting and management of apartments and houses.

I require a strong trademark / branding logo.

Company name: IQ Property Management Ltd
Jingle: Integrity and Quality | The Intelligent Choice

General Instruction

It needs to be a unique slick eye catching modern design that represents a property management company that is “the intelligent” choice to landlords who have apartments and houses.

IQ also stands for Integrity and Quality because we take pride in what we do and provide a quality property management service.

Ideally would like a logo that can be used on its own without the name of the company attached. At the moment I see that the logo should incorporate the IQ but am open to a separate logo with the name outside of it. The IQ must be in capital letters with no dots in between, ie not I.Q. I want a logo that brands the company.

Will consider any color combination but NOT the combination of red/blue.

On header paper the logo and company name will be white stationery, but when it comes to the business card, I would like a card that has a different color background, may be a light reflection of the actual logo or something like that. For a business card I will want my photo on it as well. I will want a folding business card when it comes to it so I can write about our point of difference on the inside. Eventually will want header paper too.

The logo must be original. I have spent hours searching property / real estate logos on fotolia.com and just didn’t feel any spoke to me about this new company which is why Im coming to you. I am very open to suggestions so if your design needs to break some of the above instructions because you have something good then please let me have it.

1.  I have received some interesting designs some of which I am considering if they can be amended to fit a little more with what I am looking for.

I am thinking may be someone could do me a design with IQ in a house border or even a house/apartment building border outline. Not sure how it would look.

I see a lot of people looking but not so many bidding to do my design, if you have questions then please ask me, Im new to this. If you are put off by all the file types Im asking for then Im sure I can cut them down, just not really sure what type of file is required for printing.
