We have a lot of webpages to be designed, website contents to be created and a lot of projects to be launched. This is a long term requirement and we take our freelance workers as an integrated part of our team.
You may required to use the same communication and project management tools that our team is using to work remotely, but closely:
-Our website and the job page as a working place and transaction place
-Basecamp for project management
-WebEx for online meetings
-Skype for instant messaging
-Other tools required by the specific jobs
You will be paid by either hours, or a lump sum for a particular project. Hour rate or project amount will be decided when the job is assigned.
