Responsibilities and Duties

• Convert outbound/inbound leads into paid customers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPI's
• Manage client expectations and address trademark related online inquiries
• Accountable for order processing and ongoing customer management
• Continuous learning to maintain basic professional trademark knowledge and related business areas
• Prospect new clients
• Initiate post sales activities to ensure services are providing ongoing customer benefits

Qualifications and Skills

• Post-Secondary Degree
• Previous B2B telephone sales experience with proven results
• Strong negotiation skills with the internal drive to succeed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills excellent telephone manner
• Experience with MS Office applications and online CRMs
• Strong command of English other languages are an asset
